What is your request about?
For event tickets with a fixed event date/period, the right of withdrawal is excluded by law (Section 312g (2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB)).
If an event is cancelled or postponed, we will contact you proactively as soon as we have received all information from the organizer, in order to process any refunds automatically. You do not need to do anything further.

Important note: For tickets purchased for a specific event date/period, there is no right of withdrawal. As these are time-bound leisure services, the statutory right of withdrawal is excluded (Section 312g (2) no. 9 of the German Civil Code / BGB); the purchase is therefore binding. A return is only permitted if fundamental details of the event change (e.g. the date due to a postponement) or if the event is cancelled.
